practice yoga anytime, anywhere

Your body was designed to feel good. Your mind was made to be steady and calm. Because of our current fast-paced, yet sedentary lifestyle, there is a real chance that - instead - both your body and mind feel pretty average. Tight muscles, aching joints, back pain, sleepless nights, anxious thoughts. I hear you. That used to be me.

Cultivating a regular yoga practice will quickly teach you how good your body is meant to feel. You will learn how to use your breath to calm your mind and I will guide you through the ideal yoga poses for your body so you can move better, sleep better and manage stress better.

Learn how to take time for you and live a happier life.

How it works

  1. Contact me to set up a call and we’ll have a chat to discuss your current fitness level and future goals.

  2. Based on our chat, I will recommend a 10 week yoga program for you with one private virtual class per week. Your program can include vinyasa or yin/chill classes (see explanation below), yogalates, meditation or a combo-class.

  3. If you are happy to proceed, I’ll send an invoice with calendar invites for your preferred days and times, and we can start straight away.

CLASSES & TEACHING STYLES

My classes are down-to-earth and free of any yoga jargon. I love to teach intelligently sequenced and creative flows - with an emphasis on connecting your body, mind and breath. You can expect playful but mindful movement and an invitation to always listen to your body to make the practice your own. I also weave Yoga Conditioning moves into most of my flows to complement your yoga practice.

TYPES OF CLASSES

  • Vinyasa Yoga classes - mornings and lunch time | Breath-based flows to build strength, flexibility and mobility.

  • Chill Yoga sessions - evenings | Slow movements and restorative stretches to unwind and release tension in your body.

  • Yogalates classes - a full body flow in which we link breath to movement - combining Vinyasa Yoga Flows and Pilates exercises to build strength and resilience in both body and mind.
